Lovely views over Niagara. It is such a brilliant way of seeing the area. The time goes very quickly though. I took my kids and by the time they had got over the excitement of being in the helicopter, it was nearly over!

The craft is very noisy but the headsets really kept that to a minimum.
They position the helicopter as the pilot lifts off so their photographer can take pictures of the passengers.
It's spectacular to see the area from this view point! They fly over the river and whirlpool. We saw the aerocar making it's way over the river and two whirlpool jet boats speeding down the river. We saw the power plants and never realized the huge! resevoirs behind them. I knew we were be pretty high up when I saw the height of the hotels and casino. We saw the Falls and saw the MOTM boats heading in and out of the Falls.
All in all It's a thrilling experience and I would definitely recommend it.
The people are very nice at the site. When I purchased the tickets and told the lady, she told me they would have my dad sit up front with the pilot - extra cool!!!!
It's also very cool that they take pictures of you in front of the craft and in the cabin. We bought almost all the pictures. It is expensive however!!
Try and sit on the left side of the helicopter. The person sitting next to the pilot and the person sitting behind them have the best vantage point.

I was recently in Niagara Falls for a helicopter ride. The price as mentioned by State Park was $65 whereas Rainbow had a price of $70 + $2.10 as credit card commission. The ride by Rainbow was promised for 12 minutes but it ended in 8 minutes. To top it all, the ground crew asked for tip for the pilot.....I would hate to equate the pilot with a waiter in a resturaunt since I am a pilot myself. Overall it was a sad experince for the price paid.
