I took our kids there (age 15 & 12) on June 10th to see the majic show.
We were told to be there at 7pm for 7:30 dinner. I am still not sure why this was other than there is a bar serving drinks in the lobby. Things were very disorganized at this point and we were just left sitting around with NO direction. A bus group was ushered in and we were left sitting. Basically what happens is once you check-in with the hostess, she verifies your tickets, and takes your party to a seat in the theatre. (We were sitting waiting and all of a sudden we were at the back of the line as a bunch of people came in the door and got in the line first). There were many complaints from those of us who had been sitting there for 20 minutes. There was only 1 hostess so things went slowly. Finally it was our turn and they ushered us in to front row seats, so my worring was in vain. Still not sure how they decided who sat where.
There are 3 doors/sections. Level #1 had floor seats beside the stage as well as platform seats infront of the stage(us). Level #2 sat a little higher and I would of been just as happy there in the front row. (Tables were 3 deep here). #3 level was even higher but I would of been somewhat dissappointed if I had to sit there but it was still okay. The bus tour people sat there.
Our waitress Amy was very friendly fast & efficient. I had the salmon which was excellent and my son had the chicken stirfry which he enjoyed. My daughter had the chicken fingers & fries. I could of paid the extra and upgraded her meal to an adult one. The salad pror to the entree was lame and the cheescake after was a bit dried out from sitting around, but none the less still enjoyable. Water, tea & coffee are included. The kids had virgin slings ($5/each) which they quite enjoyed. They served drinks right up to & during the entertainment. We actually paid our bill during the show to avoid the rush afterwards. I don't think I would want to take kids under 10, especially to the meal portion as there was alot of sitting & waiting.
The show itself is full of unbelievable majic & dancing. It is just one thing after another that is unexplainable. I actually found myself a little bored watching things I couldn't explain, but hey....it was a night out and the kids enjoyed it. You cannot take pictures. There is no intermission. We all felt sorry for the animals as we didn't think they looked or acted very happy.
In the lobby(beside the front doors) after the show they have the tiger in a cage. The cage has a wall in it. You get in one side and 'he' is in the other. When you get your picture taken you cannot see the wall therefore you appear to be in a cage with a tiger. $20/each and the kids were thrilled once again. You can put more than one person in the cage. You have to pay for your picture first at the counter and THEN you get in the lineup. Greg was there to sign the pictures when they were ready.
All in all, it started out very unprofessional and unorganized but it ended okay, and the kids thought it was great so it was worth the money. I know some people say they have seen the show more than once, but for us, once was good, but enough.

We bought tickets for the show before we left on our trip, based on the reviews I read on this site. Everyone said how good it was, so we decided to check it out.
It was good that we bought tickets ahead of time, cause the show was sold out. We got a deal on the tickets, and paid $21.00 each for just the show only. Normally, they would have been $40 a piece. I don't know that I would have paid for the dinner as well. That would be fine for 2 people, but a family - a bit expensive.
We had 4th tier seating, but could see everything quite well. The show was billed as a Vegas Style show, and admittedly, it doesn't compare to anything in Vegas. Thet sets, lights, theatre and dancers, were no wheres near as elaborate as Vegas. However, the tricks more than made up for it.
The illusions were fantastic and well worth it. Also, the show is well suited for young children (as it is not scary and ends at the reasonable hour).
Would definately recommend the show!
I was one of the first to see this show 2 years ago. When friends came in from out of town I decided to show them Niagara Falls and returned to catch the magic show again.
The show has changed a bit but still impressed the heck out of me. There were several new illusions in the show and the interior of the lobby has changed since my last visit. Most noticable was the difference in the crowds that attended. Two years ago the show was new and not well known but this time it was a full house so I guess word has gotten around. Some of the illusions were the same but they were my favorites from last time so that was great. I still can't figure them out. LOL
The baby white tiger was adorable as well. Don't miss it.
This was a good
show overall, but the seating is *not* reserved and the best seats go to
the dinner crowd...the furthest seats leave a little to be desired for
seeing some of the effects...there was no, or at least very little, wait
service (pop, drinks etc.) and only a single bartender for the whole
theatre (if you care it means long lines that you need to go through for
drinks or fountain drinks/snacks for the kids)...Ithe theatre itself is
very large and airy and very clean...now the best part: the show itself is
well stage managed although some of the dance sequences drag on a
bit...the illusions are very good and there is even some audience
participation that you don't often see...Greg is an excellent showman and
his magic is first rate...I would rate the show an A, and the theatre a
B....I didn't eat so I can't tell you about the food, but I would
definately see the show again. Some of the effects are the classics you
expect and some are original...a great mix. Greg also comes out for a meet
and greet/photo op after the show which is really classy since they don't
push merchandise at you.
We booked this
show on-line and we're sceptical as to the quality but my husband and I
were totally blown away by everyone from the wait staff to of course Greg
himself.
This show is a must, must see for everyone young and old. There is not a
bad seat in the house. The show is fast paced, lively and truely
entertaining. The show girls costumes were beautiful and the big cat's
truely magnificant.
Would not hesitate to see the show again or any other show that Greg and
his staff perform. 5 stars and lots of applaudes to Greg Frewin and the
whole staff at the theater.
This a great show for the family. Greg Frewin does an
awensome job in this Magice Show. I love it and it was really well done. You can also take a picture with a cat in the cage. I didn't eat the meal so I can't comment on that. This was truly a great show for the family. If you are a guest of the Days Inn and Suites you can get a big discount and the theatre is right next door.
